Skin6 No-Show & Cancellation Policy
At Skin6, we value your time and the time of our skilled nurses and aestheticians. To ensure smooth scheduling and optimal use of our treatment rooms and equipment, we require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposit & Appointment Confirmation
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
- If we do not receive your deposit payment at the time of booking, your appointment is not confirmed—even if you receive an appointment invite. These are considered placeholder appointments.
- You will receive email and SMS notifications with an invoice for the deposit. Failure to pay within 48 hours of receiving the invoice will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to a new date.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Show Policy
- If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be retained as a no-show fee.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and medical issues can arise. With proper documentation, such as a doctor’s note, we will honor these situations and apply the deposit toward a rescheduled appointment.
